We're building the support infrastructure for the companies of the next decade
Plain is the support backbone for some of the most ambitious B2B companies on the globe. We help our customers do support faster, better,
We’re assembling an intentionally small, entrepreneurial and product-centric team. Here, you’ll speak to customers every day, take features from idea to shipped on the same day, and be involved in every aspect of building a company.
We can't wait to meet you.
Working at Plain
Why you should (and shouldn't) join
Do genuinely great work.
We're small, light on process, and hold our work to incredibly high standards on precision, velocity and craft. Building a great product and company is something we take deep pride and joy in.
Build a business, not a utopia.
We need to make money to pay the bills, so every decision also needs to be a good commercial decision. Here, you'll be involved in everything from how we build it through how we market it.
Intentionally, proudly small.
Small teams move faster, so we're building an intentionally small team. Your role at Plain will be that little bit bigger than it might be elsewhere. You'll wear more hats, and stretch beyond the traditional boundaries of your discipline.
High autonomy, high expectations.
We try to hire people with a high amount of integrity and invest a lot of trust in them. We don’t mandate fixed working hours, everyone in the company has access to our company Spendesk, and a personal equipment and productivity budget.
Support is shared.
Staying close to customers is both our product and our DNA. You'll speak with customers every day and take features from idea to shipped in less than a day (and sometimes even within the hour).
Complete internal transparency.
We want everyone to make good decisions, so we maintain complete internal transparency on everything from founder salaries through to sales performance and company runway.
