Workflow rules upgrade + Slack workflow integration
Updates to workflow rules

Workflow rules just got a big upgrade. You can now create more complex, precise automations to fit your team’s needs:
Add multiple conditions to a single rule
Choose between "all" or "any" logic for when conditions apply
Negate any condition (e.g. “does not have labels”)
Use multiple conditions of the same type, like combining “has label” with “does not have label”
Disable rules temporarily without having to delete them
This gives you far more control over how and when rules trigger – whether you're auto-assigning conversations, tagging issues, or prioritizing urgent requests.
To start using the new options, go to Settings → Workflow Rules and edit or create a rule.
Slack workflows now start threads

Slack workflows can now create threads directly in Plain. This means you can use Slack forms to collect support requests, and each submission will generate a new thread in Plain automatically.
This is especially helpful for structured workflows like bug reports or feature requests submitted via Slack.
To use this feature, connect your Slack workspace and configure your workflow to post a message. Plain will detect it and start a thread automatically.
Improvements
We’ve reorganized the main navigation in Plain - Settings and Help Center are now directly accessible.
Help Center articles now support tables, collapsible sections, and embeds.
Article linking in the knowledge base is improved – you can now search by article name when adding a link.
Labels can now be dragged and dropped across different nesting levels.
Added an additional Slack link to discussions for those who prefer to stay in the browser.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where CSAT rules with a support email condition were incorrectly skipping non-email conversations.
Fixed broken support volume chart on company pages.
Fixed machine users appearing twice in the assignee popover in some edge cases.
Fixed incorrect formatting for threads sent in via Slack when using strikethrough.
