Saved Views and Favorite Pages

Saved Views 

Saved views allow your team to create and save different views of your support queue at a workspace level.

Saved views in Plain

With saved views, your team can customize and save different views based on filters, sorting, and grouping. 

You can also save a view in either board or table format, and change the information you want to see in your cards or rows – like labels, issues, priority, and more. 

Saved views are currently only available at a workspace, not individual level – but individual members of your team can favorite the saved views they want to focus on. 

Favorite Pages

You can now favorite pages and views that you need to keep a close eye on. Any pages you favorite will show up on your “Favorites” page in your left hand side bar. 

Favorite pages in Plain

Favorite saved views created by someone else on your team, and favorite company, customer, label, tenants, groups, tiers, and channels pages. 

Favorite pages will be powerful for account managers who need to stay tight on certain customer groups, support teams who split the ownership/management of their support queue by channel, and support teams where different customers get a different level of service (e.g. free and enterprise plans).

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug that caused shortcut buttons to look strange in Safari

  • We are now using Inter 550 font instead of 500 for bold, making it easier to distinguish between bold and normal text
