Inkeep integration
We’ve partnered with Inkeep to make Keep, Inkeep’s copilot for support, available via API in your Plain workspace.
Keep’s Smart Assist mode analyzes the thread you’re currently looking at to generate intelligent suggestions to move the conversation forward.
Suggestions can include:
Draft Answers: Editable responses that are likely to resolve the issue.
Quick Links: Relevant sources for the issue, such as docs, previous support requests, and Slack threads.
Summaries & To-Do’s: Summaries of long conversations and actionable remaining to-dos.
Other: Quick replies, sentiment analysis, and other helpful insights.
Keep is fully conversational - you can ask for clarifications or even request modifications to suggested answers.

Improvements
When a customer replies to their unread chat notification email, that response is now added to the original thread created from chat, instead of starting a whole new thread.
We've improved our Slack notifications by adding company logos for better brand visibility. Slack notifications now appear in a more compact format when no action is required, making your notification channel less cluttered
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug with our chat API that caused messages not to send if there was a time difference between the client using the chat widget and our servers
Discord notifications are now linking correctly to Slack messages
Fixed a bug that prevented circular links working between thread links
