CSV Downloads for Reports
You can now download CSVs for all key reports in Plain – including Team, Companies, Tiers, Labels, Groups, Channels, and Priorities. This gives support teams easy access to raw data for deeper analysis, sharing, and external reporting.

To use this feature, go to any of the supported reports and click the new Download CSV button.
Improvements
Workflow rules: You can now set the thread status as an action on any rule. We've also added support for keyword matching in conditions – trigger rules based on whether any message, customer message, or user message contains certain words.
Suggested responses: We’ve updated the prompt to generate more helpful suggestions, including improved formatting with markdown, documentation links, and clearer structure.
Jira integration: Added a disconnect button so you can easily unlink your Jira account when needed.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug in the Create Linear panel where switching teams would incorrectly clear other form fields.
Fixed an issue where CSAT surveys were not firing correctly for chats, Microsoft Teams threads, and contact form submissions.
