We’ve launched our new AI-powered Help Center.

Traditional help centers are static and hard to maintain. They quickly go out of date and don’t reflect the way your product or team evolves. Ours is different. It helps support teams scale knowledge and serve customers faster, with less effort.
The Help Center includes:
A living Knowledge Base that turns support conversations into new articles as you work
An AI assistant trained on your Knowledge Base articles that answers instantly, with smart escalation when needed
A Customer Inbox that gives each customer a shared view of their support history across Slack, Discord, MS Teams, Chat, and email
The Help Center is available now on Grow + Scale tiers. To create your Help Center, hit your workspace avatar, and select "Help Center" just below settings. Full details on how you can set up and configure your Help Center are available here.
